By accessing or using the services provided by Authentic Interactions ("AI Inc."), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The technology, models (including Animatron-1), and content provided by AI Inc. are the property of Authentic Interactions or its licensors. You retain ownership of the specific personal content and biometric data you submit to creating your own digital likeness.

4. Responsible AI Usage

We strictly prohibit the creation of non-consensual deepfakes or the impersonation of individuals without their explicit permission. Violation of this policy can result in the removal of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Authentic Interactions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
